該設備是按照制藥工業“cGMP”要求制造的，其全部外殼、包衣滾筒（包衣鍋）、噴灑裝置以及所有與藥品接觸的部件全部采用優質不銹鋼材料制造。整個工藝操作過程由微處理機可編程序系統控制，亦可用手動操作控制?？刂葡到y具備多種應用程序、運行狀態選擇，轉速和溫度閉環控制，包衣機鍋內負壓和熱風供風量開路控制，控制參數顯示齊全并具備工作狀況記錄打印功能。全部包衣操作是在密閉狀態下進行，無粉塵飛揚和噴灑液飛濺，是一種優質高效、可靠、潔凈、節能、操作方便符合SOP操作的新型包衣設備。普遍用于實驗室設備。
This equipment is made according to pharmaceutical industry “cGMP”standard.All frame，surface，coating drum，spray device and all contact parts with products are made by high quality stainless steel.The process operation is controlled by microprocessor PLC system,also can be controlled by manually.Control system with multiple applications, operating state selection, speed and temperature closed loop control，The negative pressure of inner coating drum and  hot air supply are controlled, the control parameters are displayed completely and the working status record printing function is provided.All coating process operations are in the closed state, without dust flying and splashing of spray liquid. It is a new type of coating equipment that is high quality, efficient, reliable, clean, energy-saving and easy to operate in accordance with SOP operation. Commonly used as laboratory equipment.
